Our medium-bodied Chardonnay is a bright, fruit-forward wine with tropical fruit, lime, and pear; complete with balanced acidity. A well-structured wine with flavors of green apple, and a touch of toasted oak on the finish.

Our medium-bodied Pinot Noir is elegant and refined. On the palate there are notes of bright cherry, ripe plum, raspberry jam, cola, and dried herbs, with a touch of vanilla and toasted oak on the finish.

Our rich, medium to full-bodied Cabernet Sauvignon has deep blue and black fruit notes, warm spice components and anise flavors. The tannins are integrated and the wine ends with a velvety finish.

Delicate floral aromas with notes of lemon delight the nose. Refreshing flavors of honeydew and ripe apples are balanced with a bright acidity and warm minerality. Mouthfeel is crisp and lingering. 100% handpicked Valdadige grapes, found in the pristine northern Italian Alps.

This wine opens with enticing aromas of pineapple, mango, peach, lemon grass, and lychee. The palate offers ripe fruit and crisp citrus flavors of yellow peach, apricot, pear, lime zest, and lemon cream. The Fumé Blanc has bright acidity and crisp freshness from the cool, stainless steel tank fermentation, while the subtle oak character from neutral French oak barrels adds body, complexity, and depth.
